Trial Program

The EdIncubator 3-month trial program allows you to determine if the audience and services will provide you with the feedback or support you are looking for. At the start of the trial we will create a private group for your product or service within the Classroom 2.0 or appropriate community. You provide us with a description of the type of individuals that would be helpful to you, and the benefits you will be providing those who respond and whom you accept into your group. This information is emailed (both in a single, focused email plus in the regular weekly newsletter) to the Web 2.0 labs communities, and applicants for your group register their interest in participating.

Once you have chosen your cohort/council/group members, you may communicate with them in the forum discussion area to whatever degree you find appropriate, and you may also send direct emails to the whole group. This is an opportunity to ask questions or seek feedback in any number of areas that you would like. We also set up for you three live, online one-hour meetings with your group, which we recommend take place once a month during this time. Using the Blackboard Collaborate platform, you can take advantage of all of its features, including real-time audio and chat, whiteboard/slides, video, desktop/application sharing, and more.

We provide this trial because the response to your feedback group will depend largely on the interest in your project and the attractiveness of participating with your organization. We don't guarantee specific response rates or numbers.

Subscription

At the completion of the trial program, the group and forum use can be continued for a monthly fee. Additional live webinars are priced by the hour and the level of help that you need.

Additional

Additional services (or ideas for such) can be discussed on a individual basis. We will also make you aware of other promotional and publicity opportunities at both live and virtual events. Consulting help related to Webinars can also be provided.

Agreement

By participating in EdIncubator, you agree not to contact your group members outside of our service, or to arrange independent meetings or activities. We provide this service at a reasonable cost for the benefit of all parties involved, and attempting to use the contacts from your association with us violates the spirit and the terms of your agreement with us, and will be the cause of ceasing any further association with you.
